In Undertale, "farming" is what the fans refer to as "wandering around the map until you've killed every monster there is to be killed" on the Genocide run. So intense indeed!Jaystep wrote:Oh yes, you should be excited! It involves farming!
So intense!
I now understand why you hate snowy roads. Before I was like, "Well, I guess I could see why it could be annoying, driving in snow!" But after this morning, I now fully understand how you feel. My car started sliding this morning while a tried to change lanes, so I had to go back to the lane I was in and start pumping my brakes so I wouldn't hit anyone else. Because of that, I ended up missing the turn I needed to take, so I had to detour and circle back to where I needed to be. Then when I finally got back to the turn, I drove into deeper snow on the side of the road and got stuck, causing a line of other cars to stay stopped behind me. Luckily after a few minutes of having my emergency lights on and trying to drive out of the snow myself, a guy came over and pushed my car out. I am seriously so grateful for people who do that!Jaystep wrote:How were the snow roads? I hate driving on snow! And as a side note- how do you have snow already? XD We haven't had any over here.

Nothing else happened, thankfully, and the drive back to my apartment was a lot better, but I freaking hate driving in snow. How am I going to survive this winter? T.T
And I'm not sure! The snow just suddenly appeared out of nowhere yesterday. It was clear Sunday night, and then Monday morning, several inches of snow were on the ground and it was still snowing. XD

Worst thing was back in 2013 when I was stopped at a stop sign at the top of a hill for a moment to check for crossing traffic and I just started randomly sliding to the right, down the hill, and right off the side of the road into a snowbank. I wasn't even moving! So unfair! At the time I was still living at home with my mom and stepdad, and I called both of them at least a dozen times and they didn't answer because they didn't recognize the number (A nice old man in a truck had to stop by and offer me his phone, I had left mine at home that day) Well, they never answered and the old man was nice enough to drive me home, but I had to leave my car there until morning when some of the snow melted because it was almost fully covered XD Horrible!Wildwing wrote:What's the worst thing that's happened to you while driving in the snow? And yes, true that about good people. They're few in numbers, but when they show, they're like a little ray of sunshine! Warm and always welcome!
XD Glad to hear that! I can't wait for this side plot! Imagine an AU where Fin and Kale literally do go genocide though. That would be terrifying
Oh geez, that sounds awful! And it totally does sound unfair! XD I'm glad that old man came by though. It sounds like he really saved the day! And I'm glad that you weren't hurt!Jaystep wrote:Worst thing was back in 2013 when I was stopped at a stop sign at the top of a hill for a moment to check for crossing traffic and I just started randomly sliding to the right, down the hill, and right off the side of the road into a snowbank. It's just some picture of the airport! MY grandparents are spending the winter in Arizona, so she's taking pictures of the trip there.Wildwing wrote:That's funny! XD What is this picture they're all so interested in?
Thanks! And yeah, that's why they're going. XDWildwing wrote:Oh nice! I hope they have fun! And it'll probably be really warm down there even though it's winter, so that's a plus!

Cleared them! It is now at 0! (Though I will admit, I took a screenshot before I did for the sole reason of tripping my brothers out if I get the chance ...That's not a good idea, is it? XD)Jaystep wrote:Wha-- clear your notifications!!! This triggers me. I clear them meticulously with every post. Mine are ALWAYS at 0.
